Race of Champions Modifieds head to Holland Speedway this Saturday, August 8th
COLUMN BY: RACE OF CHAMPIONS MEDIA – HOLLAND, NY – Saturday, August 8, Holland Speedway will see the annual return of the Race of Champions Modified Series to the ⅜-mile high-banked paved oval for fast, family-friendly entertainment when the Thunder in the Hills 100 finally takes the green flag.
Andy Jankowiak of Tonawanda, NY will return from Iowa Speedway near Des Moines, IA after an ARCA event to race in the event.
“We are looking forward to it for sure,” stated Jankowiak. “Holland is one of my favorite tracks. We can’t wait for it and look forward to racing at home.”
For feature racing, fans will see the Race of Champions Modified Series race 100 laps for the annual Thunder in the Hills 100. They will also watch as the Race of Champions Street Stocks take to the track and the FOAR SCORE Dash Series will also be on hand. The WNY TQ Midgets will round out the card.
