Corey Heim led 76 laps to win Friday night’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Richmond Raceway, the final race of the regular season.

Kaden Honeycutt and Jake Garcia earned the final positions in the 2025 Truck Series Playoffs’ 10-driver grid, joining Heim, Layne Riggs, Chandler Smith, Daniel Hemric, Tyler Ankrum, Rajah Caruth, Grant Enfinger and Ty Majeski in the postseason field.

Heim started on pole, but the race was largely controlled by Majeski, who led a race-best 143 of 250 laps in Friday’s eero 250. But contact from ThorSport Racing teammate Matt Crafton at Lap 200 sent both Majeski and Crafton spinning through Turns 3 and 4, dropping Majeski from the lead.

Majeski was able to maintain second position after spinning and pitting for new tires, restarting on the front row alongside Sammy Smith. But a check-up in Turn 1 allowed Gio Ruggiero to knock into him from behind, allowing Heim to charge past and set out an attack to pass Smith.

Majeski ultimately finished second behind Heim, with Smith, Riggs and Corey LaJoie completing the top five. Ruggiero, Garcia, Ben Rhodes, Chandler Smith and Honeycutt completed the top 10.

The Truck Series Playoffs will begin Saturday, Aug. 30, at Darlington Raceway (Noon ET, FS1, NASCAR Racing Network Radio, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
