Sokolic, Cochrane & Pettinelli To Be On Display At Syracuse Motorsports Expo
Story By: JODY LONDON / GTR PROMOTIONS – OSWEGO, NY – As winter is slowly loosening up its grip and the feeling of warmer weather approaching, that means the racing will soon be returning, but the first racing event kicks off this weekend in Syracuse for the long celebrated Motorsports expo at the Syracuse fairgrounds.
GTR Promotions will be in attendance along with the Oswego Speedway booth promoting all the big races at Oswego Speedway. The #6 Sportsman modified of Josh Sokolic will be on display promoting the biggest sport mod race of the year in the DCR Performance XMR Sportsman modified race Saturday August 30th on Classic weekend. Represent the new york state Compact Championship will be the 2nd place finisher from last year’s event in the war wagon #28 Tony Pettinelli. Finally representing The prestigious Dave London Memorial XVII Super stock race August 29th on Classic Weekend and the Oswego Speedway super stock championship, #16 Teej Cochrane.
