Story By: JODY LONDON / GTR PROMOTIONS – OSWEGO, NY – On Saturday, August 31st at Oswego Speedways classic weekend, the DCR Performance XMR Sportsman modifieds and NASCAR Whelen Modifieds are set to take the main stage.
New and returning drivers look to take the prestigious win of Classic Weekend and etch their names in the history books.
Trevor Catalano was the 2023 XMR Classic Weekend champion looks to repeat the Saturday win this year. He already has one win this season on the Whelen Modified Tour.
Josh Sokolic, a predominant 350 super modified driver, will be making is debut in the XMR sportsman event. Other big names in attendance that night will be the current king of all Modifieds, Big Money Matt Hirschman, reigning champion Ron Silk, and fan favorite Tommy Catalano.
XMR Drivers include Andy Jankowiak, TJ Potrzebowski, Paul Flye and many more entered in both events.
On Saturday, August 31st, Oswego Speedway presents Modified Madness on Classic Weekend. Featuring the Nascar Whelen Modified Tour Bud Classic 150. The DCR Performance XMR Sportsman modified event 40. Features start at 7pm.
