Double Toonie/Fan Appreciation Night – presented by Pepsi – is back this weekend. Check out the home track Bone Stock, Mini Stock, Super Stock and Late Model divisions, plus a driver autograph session at intermission. You’ll also see the Peterborough Speedway debut of the Reverse Race and Flagpole Race attractions.
Purchase your raceday passes in advance by using the ‘buy tickets’ option on the track website or pick them up in person at the gate. Fans are reminded that Peterborough Speedway is a ‘cash only’ facility, with an ATM available at the admission gate. Spectator grandstands open at 4:00, with the first Great Canadian RV green flag at 5:00.
As the 2024 regular season schedule winds down, Kyle Gordon leads the Jiffy Lube Super Stock standings by an 8-point margin over Marlie Owen. Mark Gordon, Paul Boundy and Donovan Price complete the top 5 spots. In the KOD Disposal Late Model ranks, defending track champion Ryan Kimball has a 27-point cushion over Jacob Mercer. Steve Powell, James Horner and Dan McHattie hold-down the next 3 positions in the running order.
Less than a handful of dates remain in Peterborough Speedway’s 2024 regular season schedule. The Saturday, August 17th Double Toonie/Fan Appreciation Night – presented by Pepsi – is the best family motorsports entertainment value in Central Ontario. Grandstand admission is only $ 4.00, with spectator gates opening at 4:00 and racing starting at 5:00.
