Ryan Preece Rallies To Capture Second-Career Islip 300 At Riverhead Raceway
Information By: RIVERHEAD RACEWAY – RIVERHEAD, NY – Ryan Preece was able to get the checkered flag on Saturday night at Riverhead Raceway, winning the Islip 300.
The NASCAR Cup Series driver for JTG Daugherty Racing rallied late in the event and then held off Craig Lutz & Justin Bonsignore in the final circuits.
This was Preece’s second career victory in the prestigious 300-lap event worth $7,000.
