Story By: DAN KAPUSCINSKI / MISSILE MOTORSPORTS – OSWEGO, NY – Skip’s Fish Fry of Oswego will hold its official grand opening ceremony with the city of Oswego on Thursday, May 3 at 2 p.m.
Located at 42 West 2nd St. in Oswego, Skip’s Fish Fry is Oswego’s only authentic New England style fish fry.
As a small and locally owned family business, the main focus of Skip’s Fish Fry is to bring freshly sourced seafood from the wharfs of Boston.
Skip’s proudly offers fresh haddock, scallops, shrimp, and a host of other salt-water treasures that customers have fallen in love with since December.
Oswego Speedway also recently announced that Skip’s Fish Fry will be available in the main and pit concessions at the ‘Steel Palace’ in 2018. Skip’s will offer its host of seafood options on race nights as well as being the exclusive provider of Hofmann hot dogs at the Speedway this season.

As a part of the Skip’s Fish Fry grand opening celebration, the Missile Motorsports No. 00M Small Block Super driven by Dan Kapuscinski will be on display at the restaurant during the afternoon of Saturday, May 5.
Fans are encouraged to stop by through the day to take photos, take a seat behind the wheel, or just get up close and personal with the No. 00M machine before, or after, stopping inside Skip’s Fish Fry for a fantastic meal.
Raffle tickets for a brand-new Champion Generator or a pair of Budweiser International Classic Weekend pit passes will also be available during the day for only $10. The raffle drawing will take place during the Speedway’s autograph night on Saturday, June 16.
